Message from Jack Azout to Prescient Solutions Clients, May 9, 2011
As some of you may remember, I started my IT Consulting business, Prescient Solutions, in September of 2003. And, thanks to your support, the business was successful from the start and has thrived during the past 7+ years. During that time I have deeply appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed the privilege of assisting you with your technology-related needs, and am grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in as important a facet of your business and/or personal life. Yet, for many reasons, the time has come for me to move on. I am therefore closing down my IT Consulting business, effective immediately.
As most of you know, in August of 2010 I hired Mark Norman, formerly Lead Genius at the Apple retail store in The Falls, to share the consulting load with me. Since then, as my travel and other responsibilities have increased, Mark's share of the work has grown considerably and he has proven to be an outstanding consultant in his own right. Mark is clearly ready to go out on his own, and, with my encouragement and support, has decided to do so. He has left Prescient Solutions and set up his own consulting business, Big Man Consulting (http://www.bigmanconsulting.com/, 305-423-9265).
Since Mark has, most likely, taken care of you for the past 7 months or so, this turn of events allows you to maintain the continuity of your IT consulting service simply by contacting Mark's company directly from here forward. I will no longer be involved, of course, and there will be another company name on the invoices, but I'm sure that Mark will maintain and, indeed, improve upon the level of service you have experienced in the past with Prescient Solutions.
Once again, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve you. It was a wonderful ride.
